These terms explain the community services, how signal and copy-trading sessions work, and the responsibilities accepted by each participant.

Signals, copy trading, automation, educational content, and risk-management tools cannot remove the possibility of loss. Nothing provided by TradeSync Pro is individualized financial advice. Every participant decides whether to trade and remains responsible for their own account, funds, settings, and results.
TradeSync Pro may provide organized trading sessions, market-related updates, signal-session information, copy-trading sessions, educational tips, strategy discussions, community support, promotional content, and access to risk-management tools. The TradeSync Pro Admin Bot manages administrative and messaging workflows behind the scenes; community members do not receive access to the Admin Bot.
During a signal session, members may receive information such as an asset, direction, and expiration time. A signal is informational and does not place a trade on a member's account. Each member must review the information, choose whether to participate, locate the correct asset, confirm account settings, and manually place or decline the trade.
Signals can arrive late, be misunderstood, become unavailable, or produce a loss. Members must not assume that every signal will be profitable.
Copy-trading participants use a third-party platform's copying feature to follow a designated account during scheduled sessions. The third-party platform controls execution. Differences in balance, copy settings, stake size, timing, payout, connection quality, market availability, and platform behavior can cause results to differ between accounts.
Members are responsible for starting, monitoring, adjusting, and stopping copying on their own account. Past performance and another account's result do not guarantee the same or any future result.
TradeSync Pro tools may help a user calculate limits, stake sizes, targets, or recovery plans. These outputs are planning aids only. They are not financial advice, do not predict market outcomes, and do not guarantee that losses will remain within a selected amount. Users must verify every input and decide whether the resulting plan is suitable for them.
Each member is solely responsible for account credentials, deposits, withdrawals, trading decisions, account balance, platform settings, legal and tax obligations, and all gains or losses. Only trade with funds you can afford to lose. Do not share passwords, session credentials, or private community material.
Members should maintain any balance required for the plan they selected. Plan changes or upgrades are handled by request and are not automatic.
Sessions are generally organized Monday through Friday, but schedules, markets, session counts, and participation methods may change. A session may be delayed, shortened, cancelled, or paused because of high-risk conditions, holidays, platform interruptions, connection failures, administrative decisions, or other operational reasons.
TradeSync Pro does not control third-party brokers, copy-trading systems, Telegram, WhatsApp, YouTube, Gumroad, internet providers, or payment services. Their terms, restrictions, outages, delays, account decisions, and technical behavior apply independently. TradeSync Pro is not responsible for losses or interruptions caused by those third parties.
Plan prices, eligibility, renewal timing, trial or first-month promotions, bonus arrangements, and refund terms are governed by the specific offer communicated at the time of purchase. Promotions may have additional conditions and may be changed or withdrawn. A payment purchases the stated access or service; it does not purchase or guarantee trading profit.
TradeSync Pro may update these terms, community rules, features, session schedules, or operating procedures. Access may be limited or removed for misuse, unauthorized sharing, abusive conduct, payment issues, security concerns, or violations of these terms. Continued participation after an update means the member accepts the revised terms.
By joining, paying for, or participating in TradeSync Pro services, you confirm that you understand trading risk, accept responsibility for your decisions and account, and agree that profits are never guaranteed.
