Services covered by this policy

This policy covers the TradeSync Pro website and app, browser extension, Trading Academy, trade journal, community, and copy-trading services.

The website/app calculators, including TradeSync Pro Litev1.0 at /risk-tool, and Getting Started lessons are free. Using the free calculators does not require a purchase, affiliate signup, or extension activation.

One shared Pro License, purchased through Gumroad as a one-time payment, unlocks the trade journal, full Trading Academy, and browser extension. Verified qualifying affiliate access is an alternative way to unlock the extension. Copy trading is a separate monthly service available on Pocket Option. Access and payment conditions are explained in our Terms of Service.

Website and app information

You can browse our public website and use its free calculators without providing your name or email. Website calculator entries, journal records, and the saved website Pro License key are held in your browser's local storage. Calculator and journal records are not sent to us through those website features. License verification is handled separately as described below. Installed website apps may also cache pages and other resources on your device.

Our server may record technical request information, including IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, and request times, for service operation, troubleshooting, and security.

Browser extension information

The extension reads supported Pocket Option, Quotex, and IQ Option trading pages to detect the selected real or demo account, balance, payout, investment amount, open trades, and settlement information. Relevant trade information may include order identifiers, assets, amounts, profits, losses, and results.

It uses this information to calculate and enter stakes, display risk and session information, track results, and apply configured trading limits. Extension settings, account-specific session state, trading totals, saved license keys, partner account IDs, and activation details are stored locally in Chrome extension storage, separately from website storage.

Unlike the website's locally processed calculator features, the extension sends calculation inputs to tradesyncpro.online over HTTPS. These include balance, payout, calculator selection, and the settings and cycle values required to calculate a stake. The server returns calculation results. Reading trade details locally does not mean every trade detail is transmitted to our server.

License and affiliate eligibility checks

When you verify a Pro License, your license key and product identifier are sent to Gumroad to check license and purchase status. Gumroad's privacy policy also applies to purchases and its verification service.

For extension affiliate eligibility or access-code verification, the account ID or code you enter is sent to tradesyncpro.online. Saved activation details may be checked again when the extension opens. Services receiving these requests also receive ordinary connection information, such as IP address and request time.

Community, support, and plans

If you contact us, join our community, or arrange a copy-trading plan, we receive the information you provide, such as your name, phone number, plan choice, payment confirmation, and information needed to set up or support your service. Information shared in a community group may also be visible to other group members under that platform's settings.

How information is used and shared

We use information to provide the requested services, calculate extension stakes, verify access, support users and plans, maintain security, and resolve technical problems. Hosting and infrastructure providers process requests needed to operate our services. Gumroad processes purchases and license checks. We may also disclose information where required by law or necessary to address fraud, abuse, or security threats.

We do not sell personal information. The additional restrictions below apply to all user data obtained through the extension.

Limited use of extension data

TradeSync Pro's use of extension user data complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We limit its use to providing, maintaining, securing, supporting, or improving the extension's disclosed risk-management and access-verification functionality.

Extension user data is not used or transferred for personalized advertising, creditworthiness, or lending decisions. Transfers are limited to those necessary for the disclosed functionality, security and abuse prevention, legal obligations, or a business transfer with the prior consent required by that policy.

Human access is limited to your consent for specific support, security investigations, legal requirements, or aggregated and anonymized internal operations permitted by that policy.

Third parties, cookies, and affiliate links

Gumroad, WhatsApp, Telegram, YouTube, TikTok, and the brokers and trading platforms linked from our services operate independently under their own terms and privacy policies. These include Pocket Option, Quotex, IQ Option, Deriv, Holaprime, TradingView, and MetaTrader. We do not control their data practices.

The owner-only admin area uses a sign-in cookie. Embedded media and external services may set cookies or otherwise process information when loaded or visited. Broker affiliate links identify TradeSync Pro as the referring partner and may lead to referral tracking by the broker or affiliate network. TradeSync Pro may earn a commission when you sign up or trade through those links.

Retention, security, and your choices

We keep information only as long as needed to provide and support services, maintain security, and meet applicable obligations. Requests made by the extension to TradeSync Pro and Gumroad use HTTPS. We take reasonable steps to protect information, but no online service or device storage can be guaranteed completely secure.

You can clear website browser data to remove locally saved website information. In the extension, Clear Session resets session information; it does not remove every setting or activation detail. Welcome-page clear controls remove the corresponding saved activation details. Uninstalling the extension removes its local extension storage.

These local actions do not automatically delete information already held by TradeSync Pro or third-party providers. Contact the community team below to request access, correction, or deletion of information we hold. Requests about information held independently by Gumroad or a broker should be directed to that provider. You may leave community groups at any time.

Children and policy updates

Our services are not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. We may update this policy as services change. The effective date identifies the latest revision.
